This program offers a review and comparison of the two form contracts published by the Florida Realtors®/Florida Bar (FRBAR). Simply defaulting to the use of one form or the other fails to consider that no one contract fits all deals. A recently inspected, issue-free home may well merit use of the standard, repairs clause contract. This thought provoking course explains the key differences between the two forms, while also considering “hot spots” and helpful “cool tips” on how to recognize and resolve trouble spots.
